ARTIST'S STATEMENT

When I create art I want to invite people into the world as I see it. I want others to feel a nostalgia they’ve never known, a wonder that steals away words, a sense of magic that dulls the real world in comparison. I love to create new and mystical worlds where people are limited only by their minds and imaginations. I hope to transport the people who see my art to a world that is indescribable as anything other than a grin of the child each of us has inside ourselves who loved to pretend. I believe that God has given me the talents and a small fraction of his creativity for this purpose, to transport others to worlds unseen and beautiful.
